What I offer...
My mission is to provide Airbnb owners with a one-stop-shop management service that ensures that your guests have a wonderful stay here in the Meon Valley, with minimal impact on your day to day.
I have sixteen years of property management experience in both short and long term rentals across London, Bristol, Cornwall and Hampshire.
I live locally and alongside this work, a 20 year career in professional communciation allows me to fully understand guest expectations, manage issues proactively and communicate clearly and confidently in person, on the phone and in written form.
I currently manage the Airbnb rental of a nine bed property here in the Meon Valley which I’ve been doing for the last year. I also manage a twelve bed holiday house in Cornwall. Previously to that, I ran a share of freehold property management company for a building of four flats in West London. I also ran the rental and management of a three bed town house in central Bristol.
I bring all of this experience and put it in to taking care of the unwanted admin involved in renting your Airbnb, so that you don't have to.
