What I offer...
My mission is to provide Airbnb owners with a one-stop-shop management service that ensures that your guests have a wonderful stay here in the Meon Valley, with minimal impact on your day to day.
I have sixteen years of property management experience in both short and long term rentals across London, Bristol, Cornwall and Hampshire.
I live locally and alongside this work, a 20 year career in professional communciation allows me to fully understand guest expectations, manage issues proactively and communicate clearly and confidently in person, on the phone and in written form.
I currently manage the Airbnb rental of a nine bed property here in the Meon Valley which I’ve been doing for the last year.I also manage a twelve bed holiday house in Cornwall. Previously to that, I ran a share of freehold property management company for a building of four flats in West London. I also ran the rental and management of a three bed town house in central Bristol. I am currently in the process of beginning to rent out two bedrooms in my own house here in Hampshire too.
I bring all of this experience and put it in to taking care of the unwanted admin involved in renting your Airbnb, so that you don't have to.

A space to rest, recharge and soak up the beauty of the South Downs National Park. Ideally placed just a few steps off the South Downs Way, nestled right in between Beacon Hill and Old Winchester Hill in the quiet village of Exton. Whether your body is weary from walking, or you've been dancing the night away at a party or a wedding nearby, these cosy but spacious en-suite bedrooms are the perfect spot to retreat to.
With 'cloud like beds' (guests words, not mine!), complimentary shampoo & conditioner, big showers and tea and coffee making facilitites in your room, these bedrooms aim to have all of the little touches that you're after from a night away. The morning and evening birdsong and stars on a clear night are also something to behold.
An award winning pub in the village and another one with cracking takeaway pizzas within walking distance, both with riverside gardens, they've got your drinks, lunch and dinner options covered. There's also brilliant local post office shop within strolling distance too which is incredibly well stocked with fresh as well as more long lasting bits and pieces. With small market towns Petersfield, Wickham and Bishops Waltham all within a ten minute drive and then more substantial and historical cities Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth all within a 20 to 30 minute drive too, there's plenty to explore beyond the magic of what the South Downs has to offer.
